Provide an exceptional customer experience by building long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. Process teller transactions as part of the platform staff, and use a consultative sales and service approach to uncover needs, tailor recommendations, and support customers across their lifecycle. Maintain product and process knowledge, collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues, and analyze customer credit and financial information to align customers with appropriate solutions while following risk and ethics policies.
