Provide repair service for beverage equipment in an assigned territory, representing the company through daily customer interactions. Diagnose, educate, and support customers while maintaining and repairing coolers, fountains, and vending equipment using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing tools. Meet preventative maintenance and reactive repair quality objectives, manage parts and truck operations, and use handheld computer tools and business systems to document work and reassign daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide repair service in an assigned territory for vendors, coolers, fountains, and other designated beverage equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.
•Diagnose issues, perform diagnostics, repairs, and testing components using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment.
•Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to meet Pepsi-Cola North America quality objectives and drive revenue.
•Use a hand-held computer to ensure accuracy of call detail, parts management, equipment location, and work performed; review daily activity to reassign work within the territory.
•Manage and control truck operation, cleanliness, and parts inventory while meeting commercial vehicle regulations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years’ experience repairing beverage equipment or related fields (small appliance, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration).
•Understanding of electrical components, electronics, plumbing, board level schematics, refrigeration, and vending/fountain equipment repair with troubleshooting.
•Good oral and written communication skills and knowledge of customer service principles (needs assessment, quality standards, evaluating customer satisfaction).
•Valid driver’s license with good driving record; able to travel daily to assigned accounts (overnight travel may be required).
