Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales using cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store goals/KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background plus social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
