Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate project support across the lifecycle, including planning, progress tracking, reporting, scheduling, and cost control.
•Act as liaison for the project manager to coordinate activities across departments such as procurement, accounting, engineering, operations, real estate services, field operations, and IT.
•Monitor project actuals and committed costs to ensure forecasts are comprehensive and accurate, including tracking expenses and updating forecasts.
•Support project plans including cost estimates, contract monitoring, engineering matrices, construction reports, quality assurance, and project closure.
•Manage key project documentation (e.g., change orders, drawings, work orders) and help finalize project and closing packets for property accounting and life-of-the-asset records, including participation in audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,000 - 116,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least four years of relevant professional experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (preferred).
•2–4 years of experience in a Project Controls or related role with a solid understanding of project management processes.
•Experience coordinating teams across workgroups and managing relationships with internal and external participants to drive cooperation.
•Experience researching, composing, preparing, administering contracts, policies, procedures, reports, and technical correspondence.
•Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, contracts, specifications, and various reports and correspondence.
