Sales Supervisor, Full-Time - Somerset

Lead sales floor execution to help achieve store goals while delivering an excellent, customer-first experience. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, inspire associates to generate clientele and retain customers, and use NPS and customer feedback to maintain strong service results. Oversee inventory accuracy (cycle counts and receiving/removal), track BOH metrics, support loss prevention, and maintain store procedures, merchandising standards, and weekly workflow.
