Key Responsibilities

  • •Stack cases onto pallets in the refrigerated warehouse to build full pallets of finished beef and pork products.
  • •Use a radio frequency (RF) scanner with system-generated work lists to track product as it is loaded, unloaded, and moved.
  • •Operate PIT equipment (stand-up forklifts and reach trucks) in damp and cold environments for extended periods.
  • •Follow Tyson safety policies and guidelines throughout the shift.
  • •Cross-train and be willing to move to other areas as needed, with other duties assigned by management.

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of forklift and warehouse experience through a single employer within the last 5 years (must list experience on the application).
  • •Cold storage experience preferred.
  • •Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70 lbs (and occasionally up to 90 lbs) while performing full range of motion tasks.
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods with a sense of balance, with or without corrective lenses.
  • •Must pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening.
