  • •Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
  • •Comply with Truist policies and state and federal rules and regulations related to mortgage lending.
  • •Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
  • •Consistently execute Truist's referral process and assist fulfillment with document follow-up as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending with basic knowledge of residential property types.
