•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnerships and understanding their needs
•Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

•8+ years’ experience in manufacturing rotating equipment

•Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
