Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver in-person rider onboarding sessions across the UKI and support operations within regional onboarding hubs.
  • •Target and resolve hyper-local rider supply deficits to maintain consistent fleet supply.
  • •Execute targeted supply plans for peak and seasonal trading periods to meet customer and partner requirements.
  • •Partner with Supply and Rider Onboarding teams to iterate processes, remove operational bottlenecks, and refine demand forecasting.
  • •Collaborate with Content & Engagement to improve the rider value proposition and act as a subject matter expert for onboarding systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments such as technology, start-ups, food delivery, or direct experience as a Deliveroo Rider.
  • •Autonomy and adaptability with the ability to work solo, take initiative, and adjust to changing field conditions.
  • •Strong empathetic stakeholder communication and the ability to influence diverse internal teams and rider applicants.
  • •A valid UKI driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • •Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic (nice to have).
