Job Summary

Production Associate position in a HelloFresh Canada facility in Calgary, focused on receiving and preparing ingredients, assisting cooks, plating meals, and packing boxes for customer orders. Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Receive raw ingredients, prepare ingredients, assist cooks and chefs during the cooking process, plate meals, and fulfill boxes for customer orders while following safety, GMP and SQF policies.
•Work in Kitchen, Plating, Pick and Pack, or Shipping/Receiving as designated by the reporting manager.
•Ensure quality of product meets Company Standards and maintain accuracy when weighing or portioning products.
•Clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas; properly categorize and dispose of waste and packaging per instructions.
•Participate in ongoing training; promote teamwork and maintain professional communication and behavior with coworkers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Willing and able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
•Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
•Willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C).
•Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
