Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures, identifying and reducing safety risks and hazards to set the standard for safe behavior.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment.
  • •Perform troubleshooting on PLC programs and, as required, modify or write PLC programs.
  • •Conduct thorough root cause analysis, implement corrective actions that minimize repeat failures, and drive toward zero failure with follow-up.
  • •Document maintenance activity in CMMS, support preventive/predictive maintenance tasks, and communicate with operations to resolve abnormal equipment conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated competency in the IMRT competency matrix (IMRT I, II, III, and Sr.).
  • •Technical skills to proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
  • •Working knowledge and experience performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace).
  • •High school diploma (preferably with a vocational focus) and similar-role experience (plant-based starting level).
