Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise a team of field and senior field engineers to ensure the effective and timely execution of installation projects.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with procurement, construction, and installation phases.
  • •Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control.
  • •Develop innovative engineering solutions that align with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a master's degree is preferred
  • •10 to 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Major Contractors or consultant
  • •Proven experience in the EPCI industry, with a focus on engineering functions
  • •Experience in offshore projects will be highly valued
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with ability to lead a team
