Lead and guide a field engineering team on offshore installation projects, interpreting complex internal and external business challenges. Deliver technical leadership across the Field Engineering discipline with strong focus on EPCI processes, offshore execution, and client collaboration to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise a team of field and senior field engineers to ensure the effective and timely execution of installation projects.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with procurement, construction, and installation phases.
•Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control.
•Develop innovative engineering solutions that align with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a master's degree is preferred
•10 to 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Major Contractors or consultant
•Proven experience in the EPCI industry, with a focus on engineering functions
•Experience in offshore projects will be highly valued
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with ability to lead a team
