Job Summary

Manage and develop Visa’s Visa Dispute Optimization (VDO) consulting program for the LAC region within Client Services. Drive revenue goals tied to VDO engagements, partner with Client and Analytics teams for program delivery, and support global change management, training, and analytics-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the Visa Dispute Optimization (VDO) consulting program in LAC to improve dispute processing, reduce expenses, and enhance customer service.
•Resolve undefined and complex client issues by recommending dispute resolution process approaches and calculating ROI, practices, procedures, and policies impacts.
•Project manage VDO program delivery by partnering with the Visa Client and Analytics team and coordinating stakeholders for global alignment of deliverables.
•Achieve revenue goals for Dispute Optimization engagements and contribute to business growth objectives tied to client consulting work.
•Proactively review and improve client performance, support change management and training opportunities, and identify recommendations to increase production or efficiency.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
•3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
•Extensive experience in the card or financial business focused on dispute processing, issuing support, merchant acquiring, back office, and banking operations.
•Advanced understanding of transaction processing (authorization, clearing, settlement) plus card technologies (Token, chip/EMV) and ATM services.
•Experience with process documentation and statistical analysis.
