•Partner closely with brand and integrated marketing teams to ensure high-quality creative delivery, timely execution, and continuous testing
•Use data to drive campaign optimization in collaboration with Analytics, BI, and Martech teams
•Collaborate with international media teams to share learnings and scale best practices

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Experience running paid media campaigns in the German market
•Strong knowledge of paid media channels across digital and offline (TV, OOH, audio)
•Proven ability to develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals
•Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action
