Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 9-week onboarding and education program and obtain certification for Retail Personal Banker II responsibilities.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain deep knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to customer needs.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities, working with business partners to refer customers and deliver holistic solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to build comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
