Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex trade promotion and rebate claims by validating against contracts, pricing terms, and promotional agreements.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end trade spend process, including claim adjudication, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • •Investigate and resolve discrepancies, aged claims, and exceptions with cross-functional partners as needed.
  • •Review and validate promotional data (e.g., EPOS, pricing, promotional plans) for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Strengthen controls and compliance (including DoA frameworks) and drive continuous improvement through automation and standardization.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in trade spend, rebates, deductions, or OTC processes within a shared services or global organization.
  • •Strong understanding of trade promotion management, including claim validation, settlements, and accrual accounting.
  • •Advanced experience with ERP and trade tools (SAP, Vistex, and/or HighRadius).
  • •Experience in month-end close activities related to trade spend, including accrual management and reconciliations.
  • •Proficiency in English and Czech or Polish is required.
