Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a meaningful feature or system improvement end-to-end—from design to deployment
  • •Shape architectural decisions on architecture, tooling, or infrastructure
  • •Build relationships with engineers and customers to understand product direction
  • •Lead technical initiatives that ship directly to customers and not internal tools
  • •Mentor newer engineers as the team scales and contribute to engineering best practices
