Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Strada in SF, building AI-driven insurance platforms with a modern stack. Key Responsibilities

•Own a meaningful feature or system improvement end-to-end—from design to deployment
•Shape architectural decisions on architecture, tooling, or infrastructure
•Build relationships with engineers and customers to understand product direction
•Lead technical initiatives that ship directly to customers and not internal tools
•Mentor newer engineers as the team scales and contribute to engineering best practices

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 230,000 annually
