Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact Finance transformation programmes by partnering with Finance leadership to define a portfolio of initiatives with outcomes and sequencing.
  • •Lead and develop a delivery team of 2–3 Programme and Project Managers, setting direction, coaching, and standards for high ownership and delivery.
  • •Drive complex cross-functional programmes across Finance and the wider organisation, navigating ambiguity, resolving blockers, and managing dependencies.
  • •Create alignment across Finance teams (Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Risk & Controls, Product, Analytics, Engineering) to resolve competing priorities and move initiatives forward cohesively.
  • •Ensure sustainable change by embedding new processes, systems, and ways of working, including communication, adoption, training, and ownership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 112,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading complex programmes and portfolios in large, fast-moving organisations, structuring ambiguity into executable plans.
  • •Proven people leadership experience leading Programme Managers, Project Managers, or similar delivery professionals.
  • •Comfort operating strategically and getting into the detail to understand what’s going wrong and unblock programme delivery.
  • •Experience working with Finance functions and understanding how Finance processes, systems, data, controls and reporting connect.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, including communicating clearly, creating alignment, and constructively challenging senior leaders when needed.
