Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, instrument, and enforce SLOs/SLIs and error budgets across platform services, aligned to business and product commitments.
  • •Reduce MTTD/MTTR by improving observability, automated alerting, and runbook-driven incident response; lead blameless post-mortems to drive lasting reliability improvements.
  • •Eliminate operational toil by tracking toil per sprint and enforcing guardrails; build self-serve infrastructure capabilities for safe, consistent provisioning and operations by product/data teams.
  • •Architect and optimize enterprise workloads across GCP services and lead multi-cloud architecture decisions across GCP and Azure, ensuring security posture, cost efficiency, and operational practices.
  • •Apply SRE principles to agentic AI workloads and productionize agentic pipelines with monitoring, drift detection, rollback capabilities, and AI-assisted operations tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering in large-scale production environments.
  • •Deep hands-on expertise in GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GCS, Composer, Dataflow, and Vertex AI.
  • •Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).
  • •Experience defining and operating against SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets, with strong observability and security/governance knowledge.
