Job Summary

Support clients in improving commercial excellence processes in the FMCG sector, focusing on Sales, RGM, TPM, SFA and Retail Execution. You will redesign and optimize end-to-end commercial workflows, build high-value deliverables (assessments, operating models, transformation roadmaps, benchmarks), and help implement and optimize enabling technologies such as TPM tools, CRM/SFA and analytics platforms. Work closely with client management and junior colleagues to align strategy, execution and business results.

Key Responsibilities

•Deeply understand client needs and support improvements to commercial sales and promotional processes (planning, execution and performance tracking) using best practices and digital/data-driven approaches.
•Design and deliver high-value outputs such as process assessments, operating model definitions, commercial transformation roadmaps, and TPM/SFA/RGM solution benchmarks.
•Analyze and reengineer Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Force Automation and Retail Execution processes, identifying opportunities for governance, operational efficiency and commercial impact.
•Support implementation and optimization of sales-enabling technology solutions (TPM tools, CRM/SFA, analytics platforms).
•Coordinate project activities with junior colleagues and collaborate with client management to ensure alignment between strategy, execution and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or similar environments with exposure to commercial projects.
•Master’s degree with an excellent academic track record in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
•Experience on FMCG/CPG commercial initiatives, with knowledge of at least one of TPM, RGM, SFA/Retail Execution, or Sales Account Planning.
•Ability to understand and model end-to-end commercial planning processes, pricing, retail execution, and performance tracking.
•Advanced analytical and data-driven mindset, translating data into business insights and recommendations.
