Job Summary

Lead North America Sponsorship Enablement within Marketing Services by productizing sponsorship offerings, implementing a robust pricing and commercialization strategy, and building activation set plays. Partner with global teams, agencies, and finance to manage sponsorship inventory tracking, sales pipelines, performance reporting, and end-of-season learnings.

Key Responsibilities

•Enable North America Marketing Services team members to sell, negotiate, brief, and deliver client engagements using assigned Visa sponsorship and promotional assets.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned sponsorship properties and consult with the NA team on effective sponsorship use.
•Identify and create client offerings using sponsorship properties in North America, including set-plays and custom activation strategies.
•Implement and optimize commercialization approach to maximize sponsorship asset utilization and client engagement.
•Build and maintain tracking and reporting on sponsorship inventory, sell-in status, sales pipelines, client engagements, and asset utilization; prepare performance reports and recaps.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 153,700 - 246,200 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•Background in sponsorship management, implementation and commercialization and/or Partnership Marketing.
•Strong financial acumen to structure and analyze financial models (P&L understanding preferred).
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to synthesize complexity and influence leaders.
