Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a business partner to departments within GS to provide legal advice, specify internal governance policies, and monitor compliance.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate risks while delivering business-focused legal advice.
  • •Provide effective legal advice across matters, including developing and communicating solutions, alternatives, and best practices.
  • •Assess, manage, and prevent legal risks by researching and evaluating risk factors in business decisions and operations.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related legal documents while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor and/or LLM of Law degree.
  • •Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedures.
  • •Open to travel when required.
  • •Strong sense of integrity and flexibility.
  • •Bilingual is a must: English and Arabic.
