Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deliver the product roadmap for digital identity and authentication solutions aligned to client needs, regulatory requirements, market infrastructure changes, and emerging technologies.

  • •Champion collaboration with market management and technology, cyber security, fraud, risk, and compliance teams to translate requirements and threats into actionable product solutions.
  • •Oversee product governance, including performance reviews, financial metrics tracking, and closure of risk-related issues affecting operational efficiency.
  • •Drive commercialisation initiatives to maximise uptake and communicate product developments within the broader Client Connectivity strategy.
