Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global composable eCommerce and headless web initiatives, including charters, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
  • •Run Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive predictable execution and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and formal change control; track project financials and forecasts and escalate critical issues.
  • •Serve as primary delivery contact for enterprise clients, leading status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting to maintain satisfaction.
  • •Lead UAT and quality/release management across environments, coordinating testing evidence, approvals, defect readiness, and production deployment activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of overall IT project/program management experience, with 8+ years delivering complex digital, eCommerce, web application, or composable architecture projects.
  • •Manage complex composable eCommerce initiatives across cart/checkout, multi-currency, taxation, payments, fulfillment, and order management.
  • •Lead headless/Jamstack projects using CommerceLayer and Contentful CMS, including environment coordination (dev/QA/sandbox/production) and content workflows/migrations.
  • •Manage Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence; experience with hybrid models (e.g., Kanban/SAFe) is an asset.
  • •PMP, CSM, or PSM certification is required, plus a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
