Managing Quantity Surveyor (QA)

Drive commercial performance for construction projects by owning cost planning, procurement involvement, contract administration, and cost reporting. Perform monthly valuations, forecast final costs and sales, and manage project cash flow. Measure and negotiate variations, prepare and negotiate final accounts, and conduct commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts. Advise project teams on commercial matters and support HSE initiatives in line with company policies.
