Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day administration for Oracle Essbase systems, ensuring maintenance and optimal performance.
  • •Monitor automated batch processes, resolve support issues, and address user queries promptly.
  • •Support reconciliations to maintain system and data integrity.
  • •Act as a Subject Matter Expert in project activities, contributing to system/process design and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Participate in system testing/UAT and create user training documentation for new initiatives (Smartview-focused).

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Essbase (Hyperion experience not required).

  • •Excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels and provide training (including Smartview).
