Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Workflows and Integrations from incubation through GA and into ongoing scale, including sequencing between them.
  • •Define and evolve product vision and strategy for both charters, translating customer, market, and business signals into a clear roadmap.
  • •Determine which development work is worth automating first, and what it takes for teams to trust agents to run unattended.
  • •Own the integrations surface as a product, including which third-party tools agents can reach and what external partners need to build against.
  • •Research customer problems via enterprise engagement, community feedback, and ecosystem analysis; lead high-stakes customer conversations and partner with PMM on licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building software products end-to-end with measurable customer and business outcomes, including at least three on developer-facing or infrastructure products.
  • •Experience with developer/platform or DevOps-adopting user bases such as developer platforms, CI/CD, workflow/orchestration, API/integration platforms, infrastructure-as-code, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Track record taking an agentic/LLM product to production, including concrete experience with tool design, evaluations, and failure modes.
  • •Owned a platform, API, or extensibility surface used by others, with understanding of versioning, auth, and governance trade-offs.
  • •Proven ability to define direction where little exists, take products from zero to GA, and ship into enterprise engineering organizations where adopters are developers and buyers are platform/engineering leaders.
