Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding impact on clients’ daily needs.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and other deposit and lending products (as needed).
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals for client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience (bachelor’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understand consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfortable with small business clients and using fact-finding questions to overcome objections and be helpful.
