Key Responsibilities

•Own assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Prepare journal entries, accruals, and detailed balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation.
•Manage end-to-end accounts payable, expense reporting, and credit card processes within Ramp with policy compliance and timely processing.
•Maintain and improve audit-ready workpapers and supporting schedules.
•Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and implement improvements, including AI/automation experiments and workflow automation.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
•3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience (Big 4 and CPA preferred).
•Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and audit processes.
•Experience with spend management platforms (ideally Ramp) and comfort owning AP/expense operations.
•Curiosity about AI and automation with a track record of finding and implementing workflow improvements.
