Key Responsibilities

  • •Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures.
  • •Inspect surface preparation, abrasive blasting, painting, and protective coating work, including cleanliness, profile, conditions, mixing/application, and film thickness.
  • •Verify coating repairs/touch-ups and perform holiday testing and final acceptance checks.
  • •Inspect HVAC ductwork and equipment installation, including dimensions, alignment, joint sealing, pressure and air-leakage testing.
  • •Raise inspection requests, issue NCRs for non-conforming work, and maintain inspection/test records with valid calibration documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of QC inspection experience in oil and gas, EPC, or industrial projects.
  • •Relevant experience in painting/coating and HVAC inspection.
  • •Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, ISO, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and project-specific standards.
  • •Relevant UAE/ADNOC project experience and coating certification (BGAS, NACE/AMPP) are preferred.
