Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement and contracting strategies aligned to business objectives and project requirements.
  • •Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management from sourcing and tendering through award, administration, change management, claims management, and close-out.
  • •Prepare contracting strategies, ITTs, tender documentation, award recommendations, and commercial evaluation criteria.
  • •Support sourcing and procurement of complex goods and services, including competitive tender processes and supplier proposal evaluations.
  • •Monitor contract compliance and manage contract changes, variations, claims, and dispute resolution activities while reporting commercial risks and performance updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in procurement, commercial management, contract management, or supply chain roles, preferably in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or construction.
  • •Knowledge of onshore and offshore renewable energy project contracting models across development, construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • •Experience managing contracts through the full lifecycle including tendering, contract award, contract administration, change management, and claims management.
  • •Strong understanding of supplier sourcing, tender evaluations, procurement governance, and contract negotiation principles, including familiarity with standard forms such as NEC, FIDIC, and LOGIC.
  • •Degree-qualified (Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law or related) or equivalent professional experience; MCIPS membership/progress is advantageous.
