Assistant Site Manager, Dashmart

Assist in leading operations at a DashMart local-fulfillment center within a 5–15k sq ft distribution space. You’ll lead and develop hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, manage shift outcomes through scheduling, inventory management, and best practices, and use data to recommend improvements across workflow and warehouse organization. You’ll coach for a high-quality customer experience and coordinate onsite escalations with cross-functional partners, sometimes including light food prep in a prep kitchen.
