Job Summary

Support and operate end-user computing and enterprise IT services at the Dhahran site, including LAN operations, server hardware/software setup, backups, and storage management. Configure desktops and laptops to customer standards, manage enterprise application operations, and ensure incident fixes and enhancement requests are delivered within SLAs. Coordinate with other teams to track deliverables and maintain secure, reliable IT operations.

•Implement LAN operations and manage business solutions on enterprise platform operations, including testing, building, configuring servers, and maintaining performance
•Manage enterprise application operations processes
•Follow duty engineer standard checks, including building desktops and laptops with required images to customer standards
•Manage storage and backup operations including backup jobs, media, clustering, and data mirroring
•Manage end-user computing operations and coordinate IT site support activities, calls and tasks, SLA compliance, and incident fixes/enhancements with other teams
