Job Summary

Lead daily maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, supervising mechanics and preventative maintenance staff while also maintaining the repair facility. Schedule and coordinate R&M services, prioritize repairs by asset need, cost, and repair time, and manage work orders and PM service needs using CMMS. Inspect and certify equipment, oversee time/cost coding with Infield, approve PO coding, and ensure strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures (OSHA/MSHA/DOT).

Key Responsibilities

•Assign and assist with daily maintenance and repair on all mobile equipment.
•Supervise mechanics and preventative maintenance personnel, ensuring safe and well-planned equipment maintenance.
•Conduct routine inspection and certification of equipment.
•Direct R&M services with scheduling and coordination, and prioritize repairs based on asset need, cost, and time.
•Use CMMS and Infield to manage work order requests, PM service needs, staff time, and cost coding; review and approve PO coding for parts and supplies.
