Assistant Store Manager, Sales Full Time (Byron Center, MI, US, 49315)

Lead day-to-day store operations and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. model while supporting daily execution such as opening/closing, cash handling, store recovery, and POS system management. Assist with merchandising basics including stockroom replenishment, pricing/markdowns, and loyalty promotion. Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate and prioritize tasks across teams, drive sales performance, and model asset-protection standards.
