Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and mentor paralegals through complex LP transfer processes, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with client playbooks and SLAs.

  • •Own and evolve client playbooks and negotiation parameters, escalating material issues to the Legal Director while maintaining deal momentum.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in funds law with a strong background in LP transfers, closed-ended funds, or private markets work, and able to independently manage complex transfer processes.
  • •Qualified in England & Wales (or a comparable jurisdiction) and able to independently handle LP transfer documentation and workflows.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience recommended for the role.
  • •Client-focused and commercially minded, with clear communication under pressure with sophisticated asset manager and investment fund clients.
  • •A natural leader/mentor comfortable supervising and developing junior lawyers and paralegals while managing multiple simultaneous workflows.
