Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift to ensure safety, productivity, and escalation handling.
  • •Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise; oversee Dasher pickups.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, leading by example and maintaining a positive, safe atmosphere.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
