Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Assist in various store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators (KPIs) using sales-driven techniques, while adhering to asset protection policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
