Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain data pipelines and ML-ready tables for feature generation, model training, inference, and impact measurement with data-quality and reproducibility ownership.
  • •Build predictive/uplift and recommendation models to decide what to recommend and who to contact, powering personalised CRM journeys end-to-end.
  • •Model customer behaviour, product-usage patterns, and CRM engagement to identify churn risk, next-product readiness, and campaign value creation.
  • •Partner with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and CRM Campaign Managers to translate models into usable levers for CRM growth.
  • •Run experiments, evaluate ideas, communicate what models can and cannot tell the business, and continuously improve production models and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert knowledge of Python and the ability to make and justify design decisions (packaging, testing, config-driven pipelines).
  • •Expert knowledge of SQL to write, debug, and optimise complex warehouse queries.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping and operating predictive ML models or recommendation systems in production, including end-to-end pipelines, scoring, monitoring, and data-quality checks.
  • •Designed and analysed A/B tests end-to-end, including power calculations, randomisation choices, guardrail metrics, and interpreting results.
  • •Proficient understanding of statistics and of measuring incremental impact of ML models and CRM interventions with uncertainty and multiple-comparisons.
