Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide USCENTCOM enterprise IT architecture subject-matter expertise to align technology investments with warfighting missions, JADC2 objectives, and strict security protocols.
  • •Develop and manage “As-Is” to “To-Be” enterprise architecture transition plans and architectural products/models using DoDAF and UAF.
  • •Design resilient, interoperable architectures across joint services, interagency partners, and coalition forces for command and control and ISR data sharing.
  • •Architect secure, highly available hybrid-cloud and edge computing environments capable of operating in Disconnected, Intermittent, and Limited (DIL) conditions.
  • •Chair or serve as principal advisor on the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and enforce enterprise standards, Zero Trust principles, and RMF compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of progressive IT engineering experience, including at least 5 years operating as an Enterprise Architect in a DoW entity at the Service or Combatant Command echelon.
  • •Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance preferred; Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI is mandatory.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM discipline.
  • •Experience leading program execution of service strategy, design, and transition to Operations and Sustainment for a large Defense customer.
  • •Security clearance, strategic planning, and enterprise architecture experience supporting USCENTCOM IT enterprise and private-sector or senior government executive IT requirements.
