Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver commission management end-to-end to meet client objectives through effective cost management service delivery.
  • •Support feasibility studies and produce procurement reports, including estimating and producing/presenting final cost plans using cost management tools and services.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, producing tender reports, and compiling contractual documents using The Hive and the eTender Platform.
  • •Perform contract administration, including post-contract cost variances, change control processes, cost checks, valuations, and timely, accurate cost checking and valuation.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, input into value engineering, negotiate and agree final accounts, and interface with clients, project managers, and consultants throughout project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •A proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Working towards or recently achieved Chartered Status.
  • •Ideally professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • •Degree or HNC-level qualification.
  • •Strong cost management skills including estimating, cost planning, tendering, valuations, and negotiating final accounts.
