Job Summary

Join our store team as an Operations Associate focused on driving profitability and efficiency. You’ll manage inventory accuracy, support shipping, receiving, and replenishment, uphold strong visual standards, and collaborate with store leadership to optimize processes and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operations environment; ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
•Experience handling inventory processes with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
•Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects as needed.
•Strong customer service mindset with enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
•Willingness to work weekends and holidays; available for 30+ hours per week (4-5 days).
