Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operations environment; ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • •Experience handling inventory processes with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects as needed.
  • •Strong customer service mindset with enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • •Willingness to work weekends and holidays; available for 30+ hours per week (4-5 days).
