  • •Lead the sensory learning agenda for tactical and strategic initiatives, delivering actionable guidance to R&D based on sensory attributes and knowledge.
  • •Translate consumer expectations to support functional product development and assessment of new technologies.
  • •Experience in applying core sensory data analysis (e.g., DI tests, ANOVA, t-tests) and provide recommendations for validation studies.
  • •Education/experience fit one of the levels: Sensory Scientist I (2+ years with a Bachelor’s; no experience required with a Ph.D./M.S.; 8+ years without a relevant degree), Sensory Scientist II (4+ years with a Bachelor’s plus 2+ years with an M.S., or 8+ years without an applicable degree), or Senior Sensory Scientist I (6+ years with a Bachelor’s; 4+ years with a Master’s; 2+ years with a Ph.D.; 12+ years without a relevant degree).
  • •Advanced methods experience (e.g., Drivers of Liking, IHUTs) is preferred; strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization with Power BI) and experience with sensory software (SIMs or RedJade) are a plus.
