Job Summary

Support end-to-end U.S. payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely biweekly and semi-monthly runs while validating earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit contributions. Partner with HRIS, IT, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and external providers to maintain payroll data, improve systems and processes, and support reporting and audits (including year-end W-2 preparation). Drive compliance with federal and state wage-and-hour regulations using strong Excel and ADP GlobalView expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Process end-to-end biweekly and semi-monthly payroll runs according to federal and state wage-and-hour laws.
•Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and final pay; reconcile payroll before submission and confirm output files.
•Serve as a liaison between Payroll, HRIS, and IT to support system configuration, testing, and optimization, including UAT participation.
•Prepare scheduled and ad hoc payroll reports (registers, GL files, tax reports, reconciliation documents) and track payroll KPIs.
•Ensure payroll complies with federal and state regulations, maintain audit documentation, and support year-end processing including W-2 preparation and audits.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of work experience in payroll/HR administration or payroll processing (or an advanced degree with little/no work experience).
•Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
•Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, wage regulations, and payroll taxation.
•Proven experience with multi-state payroll operations.
•Advanced Excel skills and prior experience with ADP GlobalView (highly preferred).
