Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the relationship with VF FTW factories, ensuring compliance with Responsible Sourcing, quality standards, and on-time performance obligations.
  • •Integrate into assigned partner factories and lead execution of VF product strategic initiatives with adherence to Brand SOP.
  • •Supervise, evaluate, and develop direct reports; provide feedback and guidance to drive high performance and improvement.
  • •Manage commercialization and commercialization-related activities, including tracking commercialization timelines and reporting needs to FTW functional teams.
  • •Lead product development with Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors across sample stages and verify T2 trials for footwear engineering and manufacturing standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Production management experience in footwear or a related field within a multinational company.
  • •Supervisory experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and building effective teams within a department.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of footwear constructions, footwear engineering, and mold making.
  • •Ability to guide the team in day-to-day execution with thorough understanding of operational activities and measures.
  • •Bachelor-level university degree.
