Job Summary

Plan, direct, and supervise the airport operation at station level, ensuring financial, customer service, quality, safety, and security objectives are met while on duty. Manage operational safety and security risks shift-by-shift, oversee passenger and aircraft handling, and coordinate disruption recovery with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC. Maintain and rehearse emergency response and business continuity plans while driving on-time performance and customer service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations, ensuring adherence to safety, security, regulatory, and company standards.
•Make day-to-day shift decisions to manage and mitigate operational safety and security risks based on conditions, hazards, and threats.
•Oversee passenger and aircraft handling on a shift basis, ensuring compliance with checklists, brand requirements, policy/procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate operational disruption recovery and reduce impact by liaising with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC.
•Deliver on-time performance and manage customer service standards and KPIs while also maintaining and rehearsing emergency response, disruption planning, diversion/delay handling, and business continuity plans.

Key Requirements

•Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience with frontline service delivery and communication skills.
•Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail, with knowledge of aviation/travel and/or airport policies.
•Supervisory exposure in a highly pressured, multicultural shift environment.
•Mature personality with outstanding communication and supervisory skills, passion for service delivery.
•Ability to balance guest-centric focus and corporate interest while maintaining the highest safety and security standards and coordinating teams/service providers on shift.
