Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for branch banking and retail delivery solutions.
  • •Lead product planning and execution across the product lifecycle from concept and requirements through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • •Engage with financial institutions, advisory groups, user communities, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate and prioritize investments.
  • •Translate client needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives into product strategies and roadmap decisions.
  • •Develop product business cases, portfolio planning, pricing strategies, and investment prioritization; support go-to-market with messaging, demos, and subject matter expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience leading enterprise software and/or branch/retail banking or fintech solutions.
  • •6+ years developing and managing product roadmaps aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • •6+ years leading products through the full product lifecycle from strategy through delivery and market adoption.
  • •Experience evaluating business and technical requirements and making prioritization decisions across cross-functional stakeholders.
