Job Summary

Lead complex integrated projects covering Security, Low Current (LC), and Audio Visual (AV) systems, providing senior technical oversight from planning through commissioning and customer handover. Build project plans aligned to client specifications, budgets, and schedules; perform value engineering and cost-benefit analysis; manage risks; and drive system design and interoperability. Provide on-site customer technical supervision and mentor junior engineering teams to ensure standards, continuous improvement, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide senior-level leadership and technical oversight for complex Security, LC, and AV projects.
•Develop comprehensive project plans aligned to client specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.
•Perform budget analysis, value engineering, and cost-benefit assessments to optimize integrated solutions.
•Drive engineering process development and commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
•Mentor and manage junior engineering teams and oversee project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation for on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
•Minimum 7+ years of progressive project engineering experience with leadership roles in integrated Security, LC, and AV systems.
•Expertise reviewing and approving complex shop drawings, technical specifications, and system architectures for multi-disciplinary projects.
•Extensive experience with Honeywell Security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection, plus related field control systems.
•Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NFPA and AVIXA standards).
