Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and complete the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • •Maintain and supervise documentation for monthly accruals and the accounting books per statutory regulations.
  • •Ensure accurate financial statements and reports for management, including investigation of income statement and balance sheet discrepancies.
  • •Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and align reporting treatments with Group Accounting and Regional Controllers.
  • •Drive automation and standardization initiatives, and guide/review junior accountants and interns to ensure deadline adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, etc.); CPA certification is a plus.
  • •3-5 years of accounting (or similar) experience for multinational companies.
  • •Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing preparation.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (GAAP/IFRS).
  • •Tax expertise focused on VAT, WHT, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT), plus experience working with Big4 auditors preferred.
