Lead the month-end closing for multiple international entities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with Group Accounting Policies and GAAP/IFRS. Maintain accounting books and accrual documentation, manage statutory requirements, and ensure correct financial statements for management. Collaborate with local, regional, and HQ finance teams, partner with auditors during financial audits, and drive automation/standardization to improve efficiency. Serve as the key point of contact for Finance Manager and guide junior accountants.
