Key Responsibilities

•Oversee, develop, and implement quality control procedures and standards for ready-mix concrete production.
•Design and maintain testing protocols for concrete properties (e.g., slump, air, unit weight, temperature, compressive strength) and ensure instruments are calibrated.
•Stay current with city, state, and government standards; ensure plants comply with regulations and required certifications are maintained.
•Maintain detailed records of tests, inspections, and quality control measures; generate reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
•Train and manage a team of technical services representatives and collaborate with operations, maintenance, safety, and sales to support overall plant operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering field will be considered based on relevance.
•Minimum 7 years in concrete or concrete products quality control.
•Minimum 2 years managing a team of 2 or more (preferred).
•Proven ability to understand technical aspects of concrete design and production.
•Strong interpersonal skills including effective communication and conflict resolution.
